Miu Miu dress stars on 3 August covers

Have you ever gone through a lot of trouble finding the perfect dress to go to a party and then find out someone else is wearing exact the same one? Oh, the horror! That's exactly what happened with a Miu Miu dress from the fall '10 collection. It happens to be on the August covers of not two, but three (!) major glossy magazines at the same time!

Model Freja Beha Erichsen is wearing the brighter version on the cover of British Vogue, actrice Eva Mendes for the American W-magazine and singer Lily Allen is wearing a slightly different lila version with embroidered lace for the British Elle. Miu Miu must be thrilled with this, the magazine editors probably not so much..

I'm loving the lila version the most, which one do you think is the most fabulous?

Heb je ooit al eens ontzettend je best gedaan om die ene perfecte jurk te vinden om aan te doen voor een feestje en dan te weten komen dat iemand anders net hetzelfde aanheeft? Oh, the horror!

Dat is precies wat er gebeurde met een Miu Miu jurkje uit de herfst '10 collectie. Het staat namelijk op de de covers van de augustusnummers van niet twee, maar 3 grote glossy magazines tegelijkertijd! Model Freja Beha Erichsen draagt de lichtere versie op de cover van de Britse Vogue, actrice Eva Mendes voor de Amerikaanse W en zangeres Lily Allen draagt een lichtjes andere met kant versierde lila jurk voor de Britse Elle. Miu Miu moet wel heel blij zijn met deze 'toevallige' pr-stunt, de redacteuren van de magazines waarschijnlijk niet..

Ik vind de lila versie alvast de leukste voor deze herfst. Welke vind jij het meest fabulous?
