A decade ago Natalie Massenet started to sell luxury brands on the internet. Nowadays, Net-a-Porter is a big company with over 600 employees and has offices in London and New York. Last year they also launched an online outlet called The Outnet and soon Mr Porter, a luxury webshop for men, will go live. 'The Business of Fashion' got a tour in their new office.
